Subscription Policy

By subscribing to the Cozy Girl Mail Club, you agree to a recurring monthly charge of $7, billed automatically on the same date you originally signed up.

Shipping and timing: To keep membership affordable, orders are shipped using standard postage and do not include tracking. Mail goes out the second week of the following month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 27th, orders placed after the 27th will receive the following month's edition.

Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not affect mail that has already been sent for the current billing cycle.

Refunds: Because each letter is written and mailed individually, we're unable to offer refunds once an edition has shipped. If your mail doesn't arrive, reach out and we'll make it right.

Changes to this policy: Cozy Girl Social Club may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
